About Me

My name is Michelle Pennington and I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2008. After realising my passion for exercise I decided to pursue a career in fitness and become a Personal Trainer. One of my greatest passions is running and I have completed many half marathons and marathons, too many too recall! In addition to running I love circuit training, strength training, Pilates and more recently SUP - stand up paddle boarding. I enjoy exercising outdoors and love being by the sea after living in London for many years. I qualified as a Pilates Teacher in May 2013 and have seen huge improvements in my performance by continuing my practice. I believe that in order to be healthy on the outside we need to be stronger on the inside.

All my sessions, whether it’s personal training or Pilates (both available live or online) will suit all levels of fitness, and will be tailored to suit ability and requirements.
