Online Training

“Why lose fitness on business trips or holidays!?”

An exciting new development in fitness training is being able to teach people online wherever you are and whenever you like. This is great way to maintain fitness routines on holidays or business trips, or even in the comfort of your own home. Feedback from my personal training and Pilates clients is always really positive. I can train you online, either on a 1-to-1 basis or as part of a group – it’s so easy. All you need is space at home, your office or hotel room, and a decent broadband speed.

Essential information

All sessions are 60 minutes and can be tailored to beginners, those of intermediate ability or people with advanced knowledge and experience of fitness training. I train all ages from teenagers upwards and happily work with men and women, partners/couples, and people requiring rehabilitation after injury or even serious illness.
